Welcome to my website! My name is Cathy Dasson and I’m glad you stopped by.

You might have heard that yoga can be a great way to stay flexible and strong throughout your life. Therapeutic Yoga gives us the opportunity to work together in a one on one session or small group session so that I can help you specifically with your individual needs.

Whether you are struggling with persistent physical pain, stress, tension, fatigue, or recovering from an injury, therapeutic yoga can help. If you have foot, knee, hip, back , elbow or shoulder pain or strain in your life, you are not alone! Working together, we will explore

  • using conscious, mindful movement, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to help reduce or eliminate pain or strain and experience less stress in your life

  • customized yoga practices to help you feel calmer, steadier and stronger and create a path toward healing

  • how to help you to move better, and relax more fully so that you have less pain or strain, have more energy and can get back to doing the activities you love
