What to expect when we meet:

We’ll talk about your goals and expectations, and discuss what outcomes you are looking for. We’ll be using a body diagram to highlight the areas you would like to work on.

I will assess your movement patterns to see what's moving that doesn't need to, and what should be moving that isn't. I will also help you identify bracing or compensation patterns and teach you ways to quiet the compensations leading to less strain and pain.

Using the tools of breath, movement and stillness we can begin to release movement patterns that may be limiting. You will learn how to keenly listen and become more aware of habitual movement and breathing patterns that may no longer be serving you. We’ll work together to make sustainable changes.
